Due to the expense and personal preferrences involved there are positively no refunds on custom framing.

In the event that you receive a damaged package from Vincent Art, we ask that you notify us immediately by calling us on our toll free line at 1-866-846-2781. We will arrange to have your damaged shipment sent back to us using one of a variety of options that we will discuss with you over the phone. You are invited to choose the return shipment option that is most convenient for you. Once we receive the returned shipment, we will repair or replace your piece and send it back to you at absolutely no charge to you whatsoever.

Custom framing that is received in good condition is not eligible for a refund. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, call either Rob or Kami on the toll free line and we will discuss possible options to ensure your satisfaction. In most cases, we will offer a replacement of the same piece or a credit for a piece of equal or lesser value.  Very rarely do we offer refunds, but each case is unique and we will be happy to discuss your options with you.
